Shredded chicken 
Sautéed mushrooms

1/2 sweet potato

All natural fresh chicken sausage -this was bought at a local produce market..
The only ingredients listed in this sausage are: chicken breast, jalapeño, cheddar, salt, pepper, and pork skin 
Underneath are shredded brussel sprouts and mushrooms (see side dish page) 
Topped with spicy brown mustard 


T U R K E Y  M E A T B A L L S &
Z O O D L E S

Meatballs:
1 pound ground turkey 
Parmesan cheese 
Breadcrumbs 
Salt & pepper 
Oregano 
1 egg 
Low sodium chicken broth 
Zoodles: 
Spiralized and steamed zucchini 


Hand mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs. Use as much or as little as you would like for everything. Depending on the texture and moisture level you like. Brown 
them in a tablespoon of olive oil on high heat. Once all of them are finished browning 
(they won’t be cooked all the way through) add chicken broth to just cover the bottom of the pan. Lower the heat to about medium low, and let them simmer for about 20 minutes. Put them on top of your zoodles. Top with any sauce you like,  but keep in mind a little is alot and you don’t want to eat all your calories in sauce! Top with parmesan if desired. 


C H I C K E N  B U R G E R  W I T H

All natural chicken burger (mixed with spinach and feta)
2 slices of Ezekiel bread - toasted 
Steamed broccoli 
Mixed green salad 

Cook burger all the way through. Top with whatever you like (about a tablespoon or less of sauce on each side of the bread). Steam broccoli. Mix whatever veggies you like with the salad and remember not to drown in dressing! This was a huge portion and I ate every 
last crumb!

All natural chicken burger ( I LOVE THESE!!!) I 
get them them from the produce market...literally only 3 ingredients listed.. (chicken,jalapeños and cheddar) 
Sweet potatoes 
Brussel sprouts 

Cook the burger on medium high heat. Cut the brussel sprouts in half and steam (I just used the microwave). Thinly slice the sweet potatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes per side. I have a little chipotle mayo on the side  for dipping ;)

Tilapia (a little blackening seasoning) 
Mixed greens (topped with corn, black beans and cherry tomatoes, lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil) 
Guacamole (fresh from produce market) 
 You can use any fish you want, despite what is said about tilapia... I don’t care. It’s so good! This is pretty simple and so refreshing!
